Var hos kiropraktorn idag då jag haft problem med höger ben/höften mer eller mindre till och från det senaste året. Han kollade min rörlighet, gjorde någon analys, klämde, kände och tryckte över större delen av kroppen. Domen blev en lång behandlingstid på runt en 12 besök då jag har ett par ordentliga låsningar i främst höger höft och även i den vänstra, vilket han tror beror på att jag gått med ett 1,5 cm för kort högerben i många år. Benet fick han fixat till så nu är jag inte låghalt längre, vilket jag inte egentligen märkt av till vardags men desto mer när jag tränat ben.
 
Så någon tung benträning kommer det inte bli på ett tag, utan rehabträning som ska göras dagligen och absolut inga marklyft. Känns lite lagom kul, men jag ser fram emot att så småningom kunna köra de där djupa knäböjen jag alltid drömt om och få en fuktionell kropp som inte bråkar för minsta lilla. Beställde hem ett par Booty Builder band för att kunna träna benen utan direkt belastning, men ändå få träna dom trots att jag inte får böja tungt. Får böja med max tom stång och många reps/set för att nöta in tekniken och djupet, men helst utan vikt alls. Han knäckte även ut bröstryggen som var stel och därför påverkat utförandet av knäböjen då min stelhet där gör att jag lutar framåt och har svårt att få upp bröstkorgen när jag böjer.
 
Nu ser jag fram emot att få hem mina gummiband så jag kan träna ben nästa vecka, ikväll väntar en promenad med mannen efter maten och rehabövningar.
